Such a beautiful creature…a common yellowthroat. As I watched him flit among the cattails, I had a wondering. Does he know how unique he is?
Do any of us truly know how special we are? We’ve each been carefully crafted, imbued with talents and gifts just waiting to be discovered over a lifetime.
Yet our everyday world is quick to point out weaknesses, flaws, and failings. We’re told to improve this, change that, be better.
What if we focused on our strengths rather than our perceived weaknesses? And honored each individual’s uniqueness, allowing us all to thrive and flourish.
I suspect the world would be a very different place…
