Such a beautifully unique bird…a common yellowthroat. To me, there’s nothing common about him.
I thought about that as I wandered near a pond early one morning. In my small corner of the world, I see an amazing variety of trees and plants and animals and stones.
The Earth’s designs are quite spectacular, emerging from a boundless well of creativity.
We, too, are graced with unlimited creativity sourced by imagination. Wise beings have suggested that imagination is not a tool of pretending, but rather a tool of creating.
Listening to the whispers from the field of imagination results in the new, the unexpected…manifested dreams.
As a child, imagining was constant and quite effortless. I suspect that with adult responsibilities, it somehow faded into the background. Perhaps it’s time to once again tap into my creative self and let my imagination be my guide.
Something to ponder…inspired by a beautiful little bird.
