One breezy morning last week, I found myself in a grove of lovely oak trees. With each gust, more and more leaves gently floated to the ground. The swirl of activity felt graceful and effortless.
The leaves let go easily…no holding on.
Then I had a thought. What am I holding on to?
What old beliefs, patterns, pain, and fears are influencing my present day decisions and actions? Perhaps it’s time to investigate…time to uncover and release what no longer serves me in my current life.
After all, how can anything new come into my life if I’m holding on to the old?
It’s time for some introspection…
