I find them fascinating…dragonflies. They begin their lives as eggs and transform into nymphs, living in water for several years. When they finally achieve adulthood, they live for only weeks or months.
As I watched this beautiful dragonfly resting on a log, I had a thought. Life is fleeting. And like this colorful insect, my time to fly is limited.
So in that moment, I reaffirmed my determination to live from my heart, to say yes more often than no, and to embrace each and every experience as fully as possible.
I appreciated the reminder to enjoy life...inspired by a lovely dragonfly.
